Gemma Lynch, LMSW, is an EMDR-trained clinician dedicated to supporting individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, and life transitions with compassion and a calm, steady presence. She earned her master’s in social work from Adelphi University in New York and has experience in inpatient, correctional, and community mental health settings, which has shaped her belief that healing begins when people feel safe and understood.
Gemma combines EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Internal Family Systems within a person-centered and culturally responsive approach. Warm, collaborative, and solution-focused, she helps clients explore the roots of their struggles while developing practical tools they can start using immediately. Her clinical focus includes trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, dissociation, and supporting adults and transitional-age clients seeking greater stability and self-awareness.
